Qualification: Diploma or BE (ECE) with 2+ years of Experience in AV field.
  • Structured cabling for audio, video, control & termination.

  • Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality

    • Setup and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projector, video monitors.
    • Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality
    • Setup video conference.

    • Assures each system’s physical completeness is in accordance with installation drawings.

            Service/ Support Engineer

            Qualification: Diploma, Engineering, ITI (Electrical/ Electronics) with 3+ years of Experience in AV field.
            • Preferably good at communication both verbal and written.
            • AV Certification is must.
            • Communicate effectively with customers, team members and colleagues across University.
            • Resolve or escalate support calls within agreed timescales using IT Service Management principles and logging systems.
            • Provide support for the operation and maintenance of AV equipment’s.
            • Provide support for events and including setting up and operating equipment’s.
            • Receive and handle requests for support following agreed procedures.
            • Respond to requests for support by providing information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocate unresolved calls as appropriate.
            • Maintain records and advise relevant persons of actions taken.
            • Investigate problems in systems and services and assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures including the maintenance of AV systems in teaching areas.
            • Undertake commissioning of new technical areas including specialist AV and IT equipment, control systems, and audio induction loops.
            • Take responsibility for own workload and keep others informed, highlighting potential problems and suggesting solutions to ensure continuity of service delivery. 

              Onsite Eng/Maintenance Engineer

              Qualification: Diploma or Degree with 3+ years of Experience in AV field.
              • Preferably good at communication both verbal and written.
              • AV Certification is must.
              • Ability to set-up, configure and operate multimedia, AV and videoconferencing equipment and Low voltage device termination and testing commissioning.
              • Manage and maintain video conferencing, amplifiers, control, projectors, microphones, HD Lightings, displays.
              • Independently handling sites, rough drawing for Rack layouts, Electrical requirements and Schematic for small sites.
              • Installation of projector in desktop and configuring the Alignment.
              • Trouble shooting and servicing AV Equipment, Maintenance, and AMC Support.
              • Ability to do inspection and commissioning of Audio visual systems, like a Meeting rooms, Board rooms and Simulation Systems, Network operated rooms (24×7). 
              • Conducting Training to end-user for using the AV equipment’s and Video conference systems.

                AV Programmer

                Qualification: Any Diploma or Degree with 3+ years of Experience in AV field.
                • Commercial Crestron programming which includes – Lighting Control, Audio/Video distribution, Conference Rooms, and much more for Integrators and end users.
                • GUI – Create Custom Graphic User Interfaces for any application including iPad, iPhone, and all Crestron touch panels.
                • Technician – Install and troubleshoot Crestron systems.
                • Digital Media – Certified Crestron Digital Media Technician, Designer, and Engineer.
                • DSP setup / configuration: Biamp Tesira, Audia, Nexia and Polycom Soundstructure.
                • Create commissioning test list and merged team responses.
                • Debug various system startup problems.
                • Should Perform regular pre-construction site inspections.
                • Attend owner meetings and reports on progress.
                • To Provide online programming support to other locations.
                • Competency in project management, vendor management, delivery management, System Integration, implementation and support.
                • Good general knowledge of AV signal flow.

                  CAD Engineer

                  Qualification:  Diploma or BE (ECE) with 3+ years of Experience in AV field.
                  • Preparing schematic diagram for Audio Visual System.
                  • Preparing Installation details for Audio Visual Equipment’s.
                  • Preparation of Shop drawings for Audio Visual System.
                  • Co-Ordination with Project team.
                  • Project Planning and execution.
                  • Providing design support at all stages of the design process.
                  • Co-Ordinated with the Client/Consultant regards the AV Design Proposal & BOQ.
                  • In-depth knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture and other designing applications.
                  • Strong knowledge in doing fabrication drawings and mounting kits.
